Club Philosophy:

• Cold Brook Lacrosse is a competitive, travel lacrosse club (not a town or a ULA team).
• Teams will be entered into tournaments based on team’s lacrosse ability.
• Playing time is based on ability, commitment level, and at the coaches discretion-amount of playing time is not guaranteed.
• We play to win within reason with a high level of sportsmanship.
• The goal is to have each player play in each game depending on the game situation.
• Players play on age appropriate teams.
• We encourage all players to commit to attending all tournaments and as many practices as possible.
• All Cold Brook lacrosse players will demonstrate good sportsmanship towards teammates, opposing players, and officials.
